It all started in the middle of the night, at a remote location in the Caribbean. It was an urgent call from the U.S. Coast Guard regarding the rescue of a critically injured passenger aboard a sailboat. Action needed to be taken immediately.
All air ambulance flights aren’t that dramatic, but our first one certainly was—setting the tone for constant urgency and an understanding of patient needs in emergency situations. That first flight to the Caribbean was over 38 years ago. Since then, we’ve served countless patients with a reputation of excellent patient outcomes.
It’s our commitment to air medical excellence that makes all the difference.
